Lg g flex D950 Rogers Permanently Locked - GSM-Forum

I have a phone I just purchased a LG G Flex d950 Rogers. I tried putting another sim in to see if I could unlock it and say this "phone is permanently locked cannot be unlocked" it has a dismiss button. Does anyone know what I can do or who could help me fix this. Thanks.

U have to driect unlock with octoplus or z3x. If u have a box.

Yes chk on ebay some ppl are doing Remotly

Remotley unlocking or LG unlocking.

Everything i see on eBay is that unlocking with codes.
