so i did next step recovery-downloaded file
twrp-2.8.7.1-h811.img

and got procedure as below

this step i can not-how the commands ?

is it also set on or download mode?

Unlock bootloader (google it for guide)
Run adb reboot bootloader
fastboot write recovery twrp.img
fastboot reboot

Then yu can write supersu.zip nd custom rom via recovery
