hi
i test this software with my phone lg ls770 so i select the number 3 in software but this the log:
****Device detected****
Serial port not found, please insert the phone manually into Download mode.

Disconnect the USB cable and turn off the phone.
Then press and hold the Volume Up button, and while you're doing that connect th
e USB cable again.

the phone driver intalled Lge androidnet usb serialport (com43)

It doesn't work on Sprint LG G4 LS991. When I run the program I get this:

#FAIL

Any idea why this method doesn't work?

I found this video on YouTube - "Remove bypass google account lg g4 ls991 android 6.0 marshmallow and all variants"
The description states:
"...We can remove google account or the previous gmail that logged on LG G4 Marshmallow Android 6.0 successfully, we tested on LG G4 Sprint model LS991..."

Is this fake or true?

After I tried the tool on my LS991 and got message FAIL I managed to solve my problem with the following steps:

- Downgrade to ZV6 with LGUP
- The phone got stuck at Spark logo so I had to remove the battery and restart in recovery mode (press Volume Down button together with Power button)
- From inside the recovery select wipedata/factory reset and reboot phone (remember, it will wipe the phone!)
- This time the phone booted and showed again Google Verify Account message
- Put the phone in download mode and run the tool again
- SUCCESS!!!

Thank you jusmejose and Awesomeslayerg (xda, for solving stuck at Spark logo problem)
