Member: 2371641 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | HELP! MT6582 Tablet won't Flash or Format ? Well, my problem is that I have a MediaTek Tablet (CPU: MT6582) that won't flash or format. SP Flash Tool: MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android)(COM5) detected 1. Download Only: Flashing stuck at Download Flash 0% then an error message appears (ERROR : S_FT_DOWNLOAD_FAIL (0xFA8)) 2. Firmware Upgrade: Flashing stuck at Format 0% then an error message appears (ERROR : S_FT_FORMAT_FAIL (0xFAA)) 3. Format all + Download: Flashing stuck at Format 0% then an error message appears (ERROR : S_FT_FORMAT_FAIL (0xFAA)) Same thing happens with or without battery plugged-in. All help is appreciated, thanks in advance. |

No, no water damage and no shock. didn't try any other third party tools (did you mean BOXes ? even this NO, cause I don't have any). And by the way, I have 2 tablets (same model) with the exact same issue, any ideas ? | |
