Nokia lumia 900 unlock code err help plz

Hi, I have nokia lumia 900 phone locked to at&t network bought unlock for it for 40 usd instructions says switch on phone without sim and type the letters like p, w +unlock code And enter. instructions says P letter appear by quickly 3 times press * button and, w appear 4 times quickly press * button did the same thing but didn't type these letter and when switch it on with non supported sim then ask for puk code please how to get sort out this problem. Phone Network codes counter try is blocked / normaly phone will ask you for network unlock PIN, not PUK - so seem you or someone else was entered 3 times WRONG network unlock PIN ( unlock code ) and blocked unlocking - so now entering more times wrong digits just will increase counter and finaly will be useless electronic trash. The #pw+15digitcode+7# is working on Non WP Nokia-s - so advice that someone gave you is wrong. You must ask code supplier now to give you and Network PUK / something like Freese code at Samsung / and first enter Network PUK ( when ask you ) to unblock unlocking counter, after this enter Network unlock PIN ( provided unlock code if it's real ) when ask you / all this with SIM from different from original operator / .

Normally Type 8 digit codes and press enter/OK.
