not saying it will work for you but I have seen this solved by removing the HDD and boot into BIOS remove system password then set admin password. shut down and reinsert the HDD boot back into BIOS and select the option to remove the HDD password Hwever if the password is stored in the HDD internal chip its a different matter | |
