Service tag is correct,
its qwerty keyboard - and the hdd was locked on the another laptop

the master password is only valid for the laptops original HDD
not saying it will work for you but I have seen this solved by removing the HDD and boot into BIOS
remove system password then set admin password.
shut down and reinsert the HDD
boot back into BIOS and select the option to remove the HDD password
Hwever if the password is stored in the HDD internal chip its a different matter

Hello again!!

That password didn't work, when the locked message comes up, prompting for the password, it says "This computer system, #BK3MYM1-1F5A".

if you have 1F5A I can't help you
