Read the instructions CAREFULLY.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Type the 16-character password. For UPPERCASE characters use SHIFT key. Take your time while typing password.
- Once you are done typing password, hold down left CTRL key and press ENTER key *twice* (CTRL-ENTER-ENTER).
(Password is for QWERTY keyboard layout).

0-zero (digit) in both cases.
Try to use an external usb QWERTY keyboard for the first password, or the second password using built-in keyboard.

To unlock computer you need 7-character ServiceTag and 23-character PPID code, if PPID is not shown on screen, look in the battery compartment area, it starts with CN0 and ends with A00, ex.: CN0xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxA00.
So basically none of those passwords will work.
