Iphone 4 status - Imei unlockers: iphone unlocked vs Apple:still locked to ATT - GSM-Forum

Hello,

i am facing strange problem: i have iPhone 4 and i want to unlock it via "Imei unlocking service" i payed for carrier check and i got results that my iphone is unlocked yet. Which was suprise for me, cos iphone cant be activated by my sim. (got itunes error: "your request couldn't be processed" ) I try to call to apple and they told me that in their databases is my phone still as locked to ATT.

So unlockers are telling me: you cant pay/use our unlock cos is already unlocked vs apple telling me : you cant use this phone cos is still locked

IMEI: 012537000297561

any solution?

ur iphone is unlocked bro.i can check it by ipic its unlocked,just update ur iphone firmware or reinstall it and then try to activate,it will 100% work,

restore your iphone whith ios 6.1.2 & try to activate via wifi

So i try your suggestion but without any success - clenad DFU restore to latest iOS and still got activation error - with computer "Your request couldn’t be processed." with iPhone: Your iphone cant be activated cos activation server is temporaly unavaiable...." any other suggestions?

have you tried restoring your phone with a custom firmware?
