Exclamation (hardware) HTC one x charge issue


Hi everyone

I have a really big problem with my device

First i broke my touch.. after replace it , every think it fine

but it comes to fail the backlight of the diplay .. i replace the 220 coil and work the backlight .. then the device still fail..

I change a lot of coils 220 the problem fix but fail again..

Finally i reball the ic and the coil according this picture :

and fix the problem

but now the phone dont charge .. the red led appears but still not charging

(battery level dont change)

the phone shows :


"unable to charge your phone is using more current than the charger is able to deliver "

i remove the display ic and put it back and dont have lucky

i want to now witch display ic its ( i have other logic boards of htc , iphone , sony ericsson)

any ideas?

now the phone its dead the battery level its down and i connect it via AC and USB and dont power on

Just the red led flashing but no power..


Please help me , i miss my HOX alive

Update :

I been breaking my head to solve this problem

Calculating and measuring with the multimeter i supose the problem its the display ic

ok im back again..

I solved my problem changing the mainboard , i got and other one but still not working fine

One f*** idi** solder the battery to the mainboard , then he unsolder and broke the mainboard

the mainboard still work but i been searching for any battery ways for connector and no lucky


I decide close this thread , many people think htc ***** ... and later 3 months YES its true ...

when i connect charger to the phone, battry indicatore go up and down put battry not charged

display light ic is also regulating as a charging ic. This is TPM65200 Texas Made IC.
