CPH 1831 dead after reset [Answered]


i got oppo cph1831 phone for user lock remove.
i dont have even backup because when i try read flash it ask 24 hours to read because its 116gb chip.
so i stop reading flash at system
then just gave reset option and oppo reset
now phone detect as qualcom 9008 mode, not powering on, but still can connect isp pinout and conecting and show android build.

so pls give me if any possible solution bring it back allive customer keep asking phone.

if erase file what file it erase ??????
if write file which file is write ?????????

because if we find that file we can alive this phone .

pls its now 3rd day customer keep asking phone,
pls just warn to box users dont use reset option for CPH1831 phones its kill phone,

that before i used Oppo_A3s_CPH1803_RESET_ISP.srf for A3S phone its work smooth

Oppo_A1K_CPH1923_RESET_ISP.srf this used for A1K this also work great

but foolishly i used ur given reset option on this CPH1831 because i cant find that srf file for this phone model.

that srf files do write config and misc file we can see whta it do at operation but we cant see what it do to phone when we used reset option pls tel me what is the reason dead this phone after used reset option????????/

Hello.

Please, write "misc (00108018, 00000800) 1024 KB" into your device to restore your phone. You've already backup that contain: "Reading partition misc... Done."

But this Reset operation shouldn't damage your device


Note: The only think what we do is write command into Misc partition which must be executed, when device is turned On, but looks like your device has been already damaged, so the command can't be executed

sir i was write misc only but not on.
then again i wrote that readed file until cache because i stop reading at system.
but unfortunately still not on phone.

Hi,

Warning don't erase your phone.

No need to remove your phone CLK & CMD, I think your phone is now only Qualcomm mode, you need to re flash your phone with firmware which version inside has already in your phone.

Just try to flash with out vccq voltage from box use only USB charger with 3.0 Amp.

bro thanks for ur advice, i use always usb for vcc and vcq.
i still didnt try remove and direct conect Clk resistor, because some one tel em is that giving direct bypass this resitor ok????

but i must tel u that A3S one of my friend also faced same problem then he gave me that phone i was did taken good working A3s and was updated OTA to ltaest ver then was read full flash it was take more than 5 hours then write to that dead phone then phone work well but no imei imei was 0 but call work without problem.

my problem is i didnt erased flash, i didnt write anything to flash i just conect and used reset option.
i just ask developer team this rest operation are doing what ????
write any file to phone or erase any file from phone???????
i dont know why they dont give correct answer???
if they say writing misc then i have already misc file backup and was write to phone back but still same 9008.
some one tel me is that possible extract and flashed bellow file dircet by ISP ????

That's why I warned to you. when I did much more fight with that Oppo A3s.

pls give me an advice if click resistor damage and direct bypass click resitor phone will not connect with isp pin out???
because one phone was lock code phone was connected perfect at first, but after second try connect it not work then after check its resistor damage then was direct bypass resistor now phone power on but not connect again with isp pin-out. what should i do????
also pls
is there any one can share tool for extract OFP file????
there is 2 phones need flash with new flash file. pls it will be big help at this time.
