Help with unsupported smart card 00000000 [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I used search button and uninstalled/reinstalled drivers. I am using this box for many years every day and have never encountered this. Smart card and box are working perfectly fine but software will not open. Please help.

Medusa pro and octopus jtag pro are the same thing. I'm using every day for many years. They do something with the driver to kill the card so you need to pay for a new card/box.

Never buy the box with multiple licenses. Always buy the dongle with separate dongles in case you need to throw it in the trash in a year.

$134.99 + lost 5 days + lost LG activation because "can not create a secure connection"

gsmserver team fixed this problem. They transfered the licenses I needed to another card. Sorry for panic.
