hi !
Can i use meduza software with meduza pro box !
cause when i tryed in samsung gt-s6310 the device got heated and the software could not find the Vref and without touching the solders it is working on the other box (i have a simple box adapter with usb dongle to the smart card ) so i thought i can use only meduza pro with the smart card even for the meduza software is that posibile ?

BTW i am using the rg45 socket in the meduza pro box ( do i have to use the other socket ?)

Which devices do you need to work with: JTAG, eMMC, UFS or other?

Also, what is box you have?

Hello.

Please, download and install latest software version. Then make sure the driver is installed on the Medusa Pro box.

"Medusa Pro" - should be displayed in the device manager as shown in pictures:

thank you i have done it i think !
i will check it and upload a picture without changing the drivers so i will check if it is the problem !
BTW IS THERE AN option to service the device also with the rg45 as in the other connector ?
is the speed of writting is the same ?

in smart card reader it tell me
"alcor micro usb smart card reader "
is that ok ?

i have updated all the drivers and it is as in the video instruction
and with the pro box it does not work !!!!
and with the meduza adapter and the usb smart card it is working
i need remote help !!
