Octoplus Jtag installer V 2.1.4 not start [Solved]

Hello,

unique program that cannot install in win 10 64 bit with last update 20 oct is this V. 2.1.4.

Intall all other version of Jtag but this no.

Also in win7 start at first time, have tryed all method but nothing of do, all other EXE of Octopus install w/o any problem, i'm crazing with this version.

Can give me one help or understand why not start only this 2.1.4?

and also i use my octoplus in 64bit or may be there is problem with your os or may be the virus had delete it or something

File was downloaded Corrupt, have download other 2 time and....Started, installed w/o issue.

Now issue is in Card Drivers, have installed "Smart card Usbccid (WUDF) but get always error in Smart card

First was not installing V 2.1.4 how in my win 7, but after more attempt with EXE file, i've installed also in win 10 Pro (i've last update of 20 oct).

At the end now in win7 have solved also with Smart card issue but in win 10 Pro 64 bit, have installed same drivers: "Smart card Usbccid (WUDF)" how say Medusa support, but nothing, show always Smart card not found error 0x0000002 ecc... and i use from long years one external P-Key card reader, (i never used Box), and all others Sofwer open w/o any issue, LG, Samsung, Huawei, Frp and also Medusa Pro in win 7

It's all..... i killed this win 10 some day, always problem.

may be your smart card reader has damage or something, if all your usb smart card and driver is working fine, then octoplus team hopefully can help you with your problem

have you try any other os too ? or fresh windows os instead ?


as a simple logic "Smart card not found error 0x0000002" its mean there is a problem either the driver or smart card reader itself


but if you see this error below by running "Octoplus Pro JTAG Software:" then your smart card is fine you just need an update

This i've installed, last version of Medusa Pro sw (2.1.4) in win 10 Pro 64Bit get error in smart card like above picture, with same drivers of Microsoft, in win 7 run very good, (of course the work Fail, to much old SO), issue is in Win 10 Pro, and i want work with this Very best sw, but unfortunatly not run in win 10 pro 64 bit.

Hope you solve as soon possible

I've Medusa Pro azul but in win 7 work perfect V.2.1.4

so its means in winodws 10 you have wont work ? try another windows 10 installer

try to use windows 10 pro 64 bit . " deferent installer not what you have now, "

may there is a problem with your windows 10 pro os installer.

Only have changed port, have put Reader directly in motherbord port and Cable in Hub, and have update drivers all here...

It's latest version of Windows 10 Pro is the October 2020 Update, version “20H2” and want some security more how all new "FAKE" update of Microsoft....

i just laugh what was the reason about im sorry, but i thought you did tried basic testing before anything and asking help,

but anyway congratulation at last the problem has been solve


next time dont use usb hub its too complicated,
