COMPUTER HANGS WHEN TRY TO FLASH MS500

all drivers set, unlock work flawless but whey I try to flash my computer hangs (freezz).. using 2.3.7, then try 2.3.6 the same thing

please help team..

Hello.

Please, try to uninstall Tema viewer, after try to re-install Octoplu Software and repeat operation with MS500 again. if problem still remain, try on another clean PC.

not hangs but error

i encounter this issue also..p500 trying to flash because phone is hang up on logo. its start on flashing and my pc goes hang and wont work, need to push power key on pc to shot down...

use this version octopus box 2.2.4 or other old version use our problem fix,,man time i face this error and solve

Please, try to repeat Write Firmware with another firmware, if problem still remain, try to reflash phone with original flasher, after post here result,
