Here I leave my log and video of a work done with the box where I consumed the 100 and said that the work was successful, but the team did not change, I already did a hard reset, mount flash and even the team has the same imei .

We've added You one more attempt, please download and install Octoplus LG tool 3.0.2.3 version from Support Area and repeat operation again

Good friend, the detail is that the system already discounted 100 credits and did not do the job. I sent an email to claim octopusbox . com and when I go back to do the process he tells me that I have no credits. In the email I sent you is the process log and I even uploaded a video to YouTube, where it shows the entire repair process and where the equipment still has the same imei
