Firmware Update Error, NOW CARD NOT FOUND AND NOT DETECTED! PLS HELP - GSM-Forum

i just bought new octopus box yesterday and i download/use latest 1.8.8

1st step: sign up to bootlaoder manager site

username: darkflasher
email:[email protected]

2nd i want to update my card firmware because this error show

"device communication error. please check the manufacturer web site for firmware updates"

but when i try to update firmware this error show again!

NOW WHEN I OPEN OCTOPUS SOFTWARE

"ERROR CARD NOT FOUND!"

WHEN I OPEN BOOT LOADER MANAGER

"DEVICE NOT FOUND"

PLS HELP GSMERVER TEAM

how to solve this problem?

that is big problem to you brother, ,try to contact your reseller...

i already solved this problem, just replace your egate or smart card drivers

replace it with the driver from octopus site

sorry for late confirmation.

Hello.
Please re-update your Octopus card (box), install this driver: Octopus Box - recovering, unlocking and flashing LG phones, then install the latest Octopus Box LG software and try again.

problem solved ,,, try to downgrade your soft and update your card ,,, sucsesfuly and instal the last instaler ,,, thanks to octopus team.
