my update octopus box 1.9.1 and update smart card but not run saftware when run card not fund plz help

I'm using version 1.8.9 without problems suddenly close the program and no way to see the smart card. Help please. By chance, this release updates the card itself? I do not have to think about.

Hello.
To use the latest software You need to update your Octopus card.
