Please, download and install latest test software version 3.1.6.02 from the our Support Area (support/SOFTWARE/Octoplus LG/TEST SOFTWARE/) then repeat operation again and post here result. Also, please use only original stock cable and connect the phone into another USB port from your motherboard. |
