LG k7 k10 MS631 etc wont connect in firmware update mode [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hey guys i have problem most of the LG phones wont connect to PC in firmware update mode can anyone help me set up the drivers properly or suggest anything to fix this issue.
im running windows 10 i had the same issue with windows 7 and 8.1

LG mobile drivers are installed already.

Hello.

To put the device into Download (Emergency) Mode, do the following: power phone OFF (reconnect battery), press and hold "Vol+" button and connect micro USB cable (or P999 cable).

Don't forget to disconnect all other devices from PC and install necessary driver, mentioned in Software manual ("Cable & Manual" button).
