What is exact state of phone?

Does the phone ask for unlock code or it have device lock APK?

Hello the phone is device locked apk cricket thats why im using a Micro sd card to try and unlock but for some reason octoplus fails to finish process when phone is in download mode and told to insert sd card for unlock.

You need to connect Micro SD card via Card reader or insert into Powered ON phone and select "File Transfer" Connection mode.

SD card must be formatted in FAT or FAT32 file system and size must be lower than 32 GB.
