i cant manage to unlock this phone it stops at backup saved to *****
can anyone help me?

Platform: LG Infineon
Connection mode: Modem
Selected model: P768g
Initializing device...OK
Please, power phone ON, connect P990 cable (with 56k resistor), type 3845#*768#, go to "Port Setting", select "CP Reset" (or "CP Image download") and click "OK"...OK

Please install latest Software version and repeat "Unlock" operation.
Post here results and full Software log of the operation.

i get the same results, already try on two computers

but if i want to repair the imei? get the same error, it just stops there
