oh no why i restarted and reset to factory settings it locked my sim back the wave column just spins it can't find the network how can i fix it

Hello.

Please insert SIM card and record a video with phone's screen, where we can see, that device is locked and his SN/IMEI, then send us link with video we will check.

I will take a video and send it to you, my customer hasn't sent me the device yet
The status of the wave column rotates continuously, cannot find the network, I have set it to automatic mode, if I choose other modes it loses signal, the x is always
When unlocking the sim, it recognizes the sim and LTE ok, but restart the device or reset or replace another sim
It doesn't receive the sim anymore
