LG V500N Diag Mode [Answered]


Hello
Port Check Test is enabled in hidden menu but device still not detected as diag mode.
What else I can do?

LG drivers already installed.
I believe to detect as Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostic 9008 port we need Qualcomm drivers that is installed too as It can detect in EDL mode Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader.

Repair IMEI
The phone is booting normally and baseband is working.
Also recently downgraded from android 11 (V500N30c) to android 10 (V500N20b) as Octopus can only change IMEI on android 9 and 10 on this model.

Please, install the Necessary drivers.

Software version 3.1.7, select V500N then install drivers from Cable & Manual.

Please read our previous post attentively. Especially our recommendation to use the latest Software version.

Also, after the operation is completed, post here full Software log. We'll check it.

Already used the latest version and while the software didn't connect to phone and no operation done there is no log.
you can check logs on screenshot attached.
