Hello.

Please, perform next few steps:
  1. Download and install latest test 3.1.5.03 software version from Support Area (Path: /Soft/Octoplus LG/TEST SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_octopus_LG_3.1.5.03.exe);
  2. Repeat Reset FRP operation once again (read attentive Software instruction) and post here results. We will check it.
