Hello.

Turn off your device.
Press and hold the volume down and power buttons at the same time. When the LG logo appears, keep holding the volume down button but release the power button and then press and hold it again.
Release both buttons once the “Factory data reset” screen shows up.
Use the "Vol-" button to highlight the “Yes” option and press the power button to confirm and finish the process.

After these steps repeat Unlock operation once again and post here results. We'll check it.

Hello.

Please connect the phone into another USB port from your motherboard and repeat the Unlock operation once again, post here results.
Also, use only stock original USB cable.
