hello team, Q510n Repair IMEI done but same imei not changed, i am try hard reset but no succes

Hello.

We added your one more attempt.

Please, perform next few steps:

Download and install latest test 3.1.5.02 software version from Support Area (Path: /Soft/Octoplus LG/TEST SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_octopus_LG_3.1.5.02.exe);
Perform Factory Reset;
Repeat Repair IMEI operation once again but read attentive Software manual.

Code:

1. Disconnect USB cable.
2. Power ON phone.
3. Connect USB cable and select "File transfer" connection mode.
4. Check, whether LGE Mobile USB Modem has appeared in 
modems section on PC Device Manager.
5. Press "Ok" button.
