Hello.

To repair the device do the following:

Reboot the phone, press and hold "Vol-"+ "Vol+" + "Power" buttons 15 seconds and then connect the device again.

1. Select LG LS993 in the list of Software.
2. Select this backup file "LS993_355140082108825_25-08-2021_15-57-18.oct" into the Firmware slot in Software.
3. Press "Reset FRP via TP (Qualcomm Mode)" button in Software and write backup file.
4. Post here the result.
