Octoplus LG Pro Lite D686 removal of the graphical key - GSM-Forum

Hello
I have a problem with the removal of the graphical key.
model LG Pro Lite D686.
I'm doing everything on the instructions. Reset Screen Lock I connect the smartphone in the disconnected state.
The smartphone is recognized by the program and the key is being removed.
The program tells me to wait 15 minutes.
After the end of the program produces a positive result.
when the smartphone is turned on, all the same graphical key.
And not in some ..... even the right combination that I put in advance the smartphone recognizes as wrong.
Help me figure out what's wrong?

Hello.

Please post here (or send us to PM, if You can't post) full Software log with all performed operations, we will check it. You can also try to perform "Factory Reset" operation.
