what about metro pcs phone ? so the octopus can be unlock metro too like tmobile ,.... because they are talking only about tmobile they don't mention metro .

Yes, unlock is permanent, You can update phones firmware or do Factory reset after and the device will remain unlocked.

tried few times but ended up with an error and have to mention that this phone came with damaged imei but after fixing it. unlock app connected to the server and says not eligible.

Yes, we have see on server. Unlock process goes correct, but device doesn't accept some necessary data. If You have fixed IMEI, security of this device is changed and it can't be unlocked by released method. You can try also to re-flash the phone and try to unlock again. If the problem will the same, currenlty we have no solution for such device.
