Please, download and install latest test Software v. 3.1.6.02 from Support Area (Path:/SOFTWARE/Octoplus LG/TEST SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_octopus_LG_3.1.6.02.exe)

Then repeat operation once again and post here results. We will check it.

This model q730tm is boost mobile. I notice when phone is turn on normal is not generating a modem port. That's why is failing the process.
Any suggest?

These steps not works in this device. Modem port is not generating
