hi team please help i have GW620R i wanna to unlock it but i have problem in mobile usb driver any solution thanks

Hello.
What driver have You installed? You need to install this driver: http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...in7_LGEAll.zip.
Also please re-upload the screenshot, the file link that you have posted is not valid.

If your phone don't connect in Normal mode please try to do Hard Reset.

If this will not help, please put the phone into Emergency mode manually (reconnect the battery, press and hold "1" + "Power On" keys, insert the cable) and write the firmware from the support area.

Try to re-flash the phone with the firmware for GW620. If it doesn't help - check phone's hardware.
