Unable to Install Smartcard driver


Hi,

I am having problems trying to install the driver for octopusbox. Below are the installation procedure I used:

1. Download and Install http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...drivers_v3.zip

2. Download and Install http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...up_English.exe

3. Connect box, Here I recieved a hardware installation error regarding USB Token Device not in INF.

4. I ignored this error and proceed with the installation of http://octopusbox.com/img/download_button.png.

When I launched the octopus application I recieved an error regarding card driver not found.

Have I done something wrong here

Hello.
Please re-update your Octopus card (box), download and install the latest software, install driver http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...up_English.exe and run software again. If the problem will be the same, please contact us, we will try to help You remotely via Team Viewer.
