Hello.

We already prepare for you a test version of software 3.1.6.01.
Please download and install latest test software version 3.1.6.01 from the Support Area (/SOFTWARE/Octoplus LG/TEST SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_octopus_LG_3.1.6.01.exe), then repeat operation once again, post here results.
