dear support team i searched and read posts about this problem ,i tried to rest frp with backup file but no result ,i have no logs for rest frp operation now phone stucks in qualcomm mode

i restarted software and lost log for frp operation,can find it from history?
i can not upload screenshot,i dont know why ,phone detects as qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008
