these sets are being unlocked in rajasthan

they are using indonesia flash file ,

this is the version shown on the phone after unlocked ...

BOOT : 6010P1B104
APP : C2801C49B100
HW : VER. C
JAN 22 2008

where can i get the flash file and how to do this is the main question now?
