Zong E5573s-320 Problem

Hello friends,

I have Zong E5573s-320 Mifi device. i try to unlock the device with Inferno Tool now the device is permanently Lock "SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)".before this the firmware version was "21.315.01.01.306"
when i tried to unlock it with Inferno Tool now the firmware version downgrade to 21.110.99.02.00 and the sim lock status showing Locked (Card Lock) on DC unlocker and the WebUI version is not showing. there is no Web UI on my device. i am unable to access device from http://192.168.8.1
