1. Press urgent call in idle mode
2. input *983*987#,it will go to the factory reset interface and customer can reset the handset to Default.
Note:This method will delete all the personal information in the phone.

i successfully hard reset my zte blade san francisco p729v by doing what baboon do and i used volume - with power on buttons.

Press the volume down button and connect to pc while holding volume down, reset table will appear after few seconds, tested by me.

google lock solution is home + power +volume up press . and after start set remove power button and there will appear wipe data factory . use back buttn to select option . enjoy . tested by me .
