Nexus 6P Network Unlocking help. - GSM-Forum

I'm working on unlocking a Nexus 6P and was wondering if i'm wasting my time trying to do it without buying a code. Is there tools or ways to unlock this device e.g. rooting or unlocking boxes / software. I don't mind buying tools that allow me to do it for future device unlocking.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
