Hey I am new to the iphone i want to upgrade my iphone 4s running 6.1.3 to ios 7.1 beta 3,I am doing a IPSW itunes restore for that purpose..is there any gevey available for 7.1 beta 3 baseband so that i can use my cellphone as a cellular function aswell?

You can't do it right now because yesterday the apple released 7.1 beta 4.
So you have to install beta 4

what if i update it manually via IPSW files? and btw the beta 4 is released for the developers not affecting the common users "I THINK"

because they are kinda less buggy than 7.0.4? ok i won't upgrade to 7.1 beta 3 as i guess R-sim 8 still is not supported for it,or isn't it?
