SO: I got a Iphone 4s, a R-SIM AIR card. and the iphone is locked with a apple ID and i got my regular sim card from my old phone (o2 Germany) how do i unlock it?

You got stock on the apple id and that called activation and not unlocking so basically your iphone will be good for parts only since this has nothing to do with the rsim.
