Hello people please i need your help I am trying to unlock IPhone 4S iOS 7.0 sprint every time try to put the r-sim9 pro it showing me the r-sim9 pro menu and I chose iPhone 4S ios7 and the select carrier I choose sprint and the I off the phone when I turned on again "activation Required" please please help!!

You sure your phone is blocked to Sprint and not Verizon? What's the IMEI?

Update to 7.0.4 and go by the imsi for sprint 3101200 reboot and you should be good to go .

Back it up first Dfu load 7.0.4 restore from back up if needed and follow the rest.
