Hello im looking to buy an iphone 5c from at&t or tmobile with bad esn and the tmobile is blacklisted, Will i be able to unlock them and activate them with r9sim pro so i can use it for calls sms and 3g

with wich carrier you want to use it is gsm? europe? cdma?

i travel to south america alot and i will be using it in gsm mode mostly in tigo bolivia i have an iphone 5 and it works just fine with r9sim pro but i want to upgrade to an iphone 5c

iPhone 5C GSM works the same as iPhone 5/5S GSM unlock. Do you get 3G or just 2G in Bolivia?

If you are using a 64k sim then the 3g should show up.

also us imei blacklist will not matter in south america, the phone is only blacklisted on us carriers
