Last time when i used nTelos - iPhone 4s and 5 - they was Neverlocked ... mean they are GSM-CDMA - cdma is locked to nTelos but when i insert NON-US sim and restart iphone - they got signal ...

so how do I unlock the ntelos iphone 4s if I dont have non-us sim card?
