Problem unlocking iPhone 4S with R-SIM 9 Pro - GSM-Forum

Hi!!!
I justo bougth a R-Sim 9 Pro for unlocking an iPhone 4S
R-Sim works fine, but when I try to activate de iPhone it shows the next message:

The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.
The SIM card that you currently installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.

I would like to know why it always shows that error message =(

Im trying to activate it for Venezuela Movistar Carrier code 7340400

(Venezuela) Digitel 7340300/7340200/7340100
Movistar 7340400

What am I doing wrong?

But it has a code that i Try on website and it has been verifyed correctly

You need to choose the locked carrier, not new carrier. 4G data not supported by R-SIM X series. You need R-SIM Air or GPP if data isn't full speed.
