R-SIM 10 working on IOS 8.3 ? or NOT ???

my phone is iphone 5 (japan CDMA) ios 7.1.1

I try to upgrade to ios 8.1.2.
But I tunes is not allow to 8.X.X except 8.3 and 8.4

so, I must upgrade to 8.3

but I cant sure, R-SIM10 compatible with 8.3 ???

to be hones i use 8.3 write now, on one sim card that is 4g its a problem, and i have one regular prepaid sim card that works jusut fine on 8.3, calls bouth ways, and sms too, only havig problems with 2g/3g

I live turkey. There is no 4G carrier yet, in Turkey. We use 3G sim kart (128k) but not prepaid. monthly paid.

My iphone5 is japan AU locked.

What do you recommend ?

upgrade to ios 8.3 ??? I cant be sure

How can I be sure ? (there is no way back to ios 7.X.X Also I cant upgrade to 8.2 Itunes allow upgrade to just 8.3)
