Angry R-sim 9 pro with i5 Softbank and i5s Docomo - No Service - Need Help

Hi, I tried r-sim 9 pro chip in both i5 from Softbank and i5s from Docomo and they both don't work with neither of the networks: I do permutation, Softbank sim in Docomo i5s and Docomo sim in Softbank i5.
Always no service, even with ir0setool (keeps searching).
Both phones are GSM model.
I tried SamSim patch (A) but it works only for CDMA phones (AU).
Any suggestions? It's the second r-sim 9 pro I buy!!!
