Guys i just got of the phone with the GPP guys and spoke with them about the R-Sim Air 2, they told me that tested the product and does not fully unlock Sprint 5s/5S, Sms, call and internet issues are present.

They said that a new GPP will come out within a month and will be a real unlock solution with no internet, data or sms issues!

if you've bought it from an unknown guy, you can't do anything, because that iphone is most probably blacklisted. You won't be able to pay the ETF because it would be like $500 or more and if you want to, you need to have the userid and password for that iphone's original owner's account on sprint website to pay the ETF for having it unlocked. Sprint cons the unlockers like chronic and toasty all the time. It's not their fault.
Also, CheckMEND report shows no issues, don't believe them.
Your only shot is r-sim.

got mine today , tried on sprint 5c with ios 7.04 , 5c on 7.1 , 5s on 7.0.6 , all stuck on sim not valid ,

it passes activation and then comes back , keeps searching or no service .

tried cut sim , H2o wireless sim and T-mobile sim

I agree but I hear the same thing I was messaging someone that sells it in china and they told me that only calls work but it's working at least for calls and that they are working toward a patch for the SMS and Internet but it's only for the sprint iPhone 5s and 5c on iOS 7.1 and 7.1.1 I found it on ebay for 17.00 plus 7 to send to ny that's my next step and I also heard the gpp company was soon to have 1 that would accommodate everything the internet the calls and the SMS
