R-sim mini menu does not appear - GSM-Forum

hello! Sorry for my bad english.
I have a problem. I bought 2x R-sim mini (they was checked on r-sim-me and they ORIGINAL). I have a Iphone 4s AT&T. When I put r-sim mini in iphone phone sees the network and requests activation. I can't choose Carrier, phone and iOS version in menu R-sim because menu does not appear!!!!
I tryed several different simcards, I try put it in my other iphone 4s, but menu does not appear!
I have 1 r-sim 9 pro and this this card work well in both phone with both simcards.
So, how I can unlock my Iphone 4s by R-sim Mini?

Put your R-SIM Mini in iPhone 5 and try to access the menu. R-SIM Mini/R-SIM 9 Pro is not designed for 4S(some compatibility but not full compatibility). Buy R-SIM Air or GPP(6.1.3 version is most stable, works on iOS 7.0.4).

patrio i have the same problem and i have iphone 5
i just recived r-sim mini+ and it asks activation all the time and dosent show the carrier list

SIMTester, I bought this is R-sum mini because it's card was last version of rsim for 4s.
And i Have 1 r-sim 9 pro and unlock work WELL (but have usim simcard and don't have USSD and 3G, only Edge)
So, I don't know what me do.
