Maybe you can answer this question. It's true that 7.1 does not support picture message editing/Cellular Data Network changes unless the bundle is CarrierLab 16.0 or Carrier 16.0. Does Mini 2 change the default bundle to Carrier 16.0 or are we stuck without picture messages on 7.1? Thanks.

It will not since it says clearly exclude sprint 5s and 5c and since cricket is a cdma as well then it will not work so be aware of that.
