I bought this sim but Unlocking menu not appearing. Tried emergency * also tried emergency # still not able to unlock phone. Any tricks please to trigger unlocking menu?

i was able to use the qcomm volte mode to use the tmobile sim card on the iphoen 13. However, its unstable and i need to use the sim app menu to get the data back. Is there a stabler way to use the tmobile sim on my iphone?
